Join uplifting weekly dance classes every Wednesday 2-3pm, led by dance artist Mia DiChiaro and explore the joy of movement while nurturing your creative spirit!
The class begins with a gentle warm up stretch, followed by creative guided improvisations and choreography where you’ll learn fun new moves – all in a relaxed environment. No experience necessary. Tipperary Dance’s ‘Age in Movement’ workshops are supported by Tipperary County Council and Nenagh Arts Centre.
Suitable for : Ages 50+ All abilities welcome
